  The Logistics Centers are a strategic connection between production and market and represent a supplement and a completing component for Freight Village structures that use rail and road systems with reference to intermodal equipment.
The railroad-connected area assigned to Logistics Centers covers 220,000 square meters of which 150,000 square meters have been assigned to Volkswagen Group Italia (Italian distributor for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat) which has built an office building with exhibition hall, a mess building, a porter's lodge, an educational and training building and a logistic warehouse on approximately 60,000 square meters.
